Event inquiries
When you contact AMDH, the details you provide may include your name, email, optional phone number, event type, date, venue or city, guest count, services, budget and event vision. AMDH uses these details to respond, discuss availability and prepare a quotation.
The email preparation form opens your email app. Completing it alone does not send your information. Your inquiry is sent only when you send the email.
Client photographs, videos and testimonials
Client submissions are collected through Jotform for private review by AMDH. Optional permission to use selected content is separate from submitting it and is not preselected. Submission alone does not publish content on this website.
Services used to handle information
Jotform processes the information and files you submit through its hosted forms. Email services process inquiries you send by email. These providers may process information outside Canada. Their own privacy notices also apply. Jotform Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You can contact AMDH to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or discuss withdrawing permission for future use of submitted content. For privacy requests, email info@amdhweddings.com.

AMDH keeps inquiry and submission information for responding to your request and managing its client relationships. Contact AMDH for details about retention or a specific record. This website does not publish your event inquiry information or home street address.
